Well, what can I say about my 33 year old self? For one, I am a very modest person, hence I hate writing about myself. But I will say that I am extremely passionate in everything that I do! Anyone who's worked with me will tell you that, along with how easy I am to get along with, relaxing, creative and very funny - to name a few. Many people online know me by my middle name, "Naomi" - but my first name is "Aja" - like the song by Steely Dan - pronounced like the continent. ;)

Not only do I love photography, but I've also been drawing pencil portraits since I was sixteen, I play piano by ear with perfect pitch and sing......when I find the time. I am also hard of hearing, but an avid lip reader since I was young.

One thing I've recently come to realize is: Life is so short. Never underestimate yourself and what you're actually capable of doing. Get out there and do what you love, push yourself to do better, to be better - time is everything - and it flies by FAST.
Having come from a life of many obstacles and adversities because of my "disability," I never let any of them define who and what I am as a person. There are no words to express how grateful I am for everything I've been blessed with in life, from my wonderful grandparents to many "gifts."
I believe you should ALWAYS treat people the way you'd want to be treated, always listen to your clients on what they want or what they're looking for, work with them EVERY single step of the way and stay on top of things. They're your #1 priority - next to family & friends, of course!

Shooting for 5+ years, I finally decided to take the next "business" step and open my own studio in a small, quaint town called Millville, located in Southern New Jersey. Although I reside in National Park, New Jersey - just along the Delaware river across from Philadelphia- the 45 minute drive to my studio is totally worth it for me. Not only do I love the location, but I also love the people I am surrounded with there - they're all wonderful and I couldn't be happier! I could not have chosen a better spot to "grow..."
